By accessing or using D2CTap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users.

D2CTap provides an automated platform for Meesho sellers including:

• Multi-account Meesho supplier management
• Order tracking and management
• Return and payment tracking
• Automated claim submission and processing
• Barcode scanning capabilities
• Video compression and file upload services
• Analytics and reporting features

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

• Use a strong, unique password
• Do not share credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify us of any security breach
• You accept full responsibility for all activities through your account

• Free Trial: 7 days with up to 2 Meesho accounts
• Monthly Plan: ₹999/month for up to 5 accounts
• Yearly Plan: ₹4,000/year for up to 5 accounts
• Extra Accounts: ₹50 per additional account/month

• All payments processed through Razorpay
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

The 7-day free trial is available to new users only. After the trial, a paid plan is required to continue. We reserve the right to limit or terminate free trials at our discretion.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and solely for managing legitimate Meesho supplier operations.

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading claims
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

By providing your Meesho supplier credentials to D2CTap:

• You authorize us to access your Meesho account on your behalf
• You represent that you have authority to provide these credentials
• You acknowledge that credentials will be stored securely
• You understand credentials may be used to perform operations on Meesho
• You remain responsible for all activities on your Meesho account

Important: We do not guarantee that Meesho will approve your claims. Approval is solely at Meesho's discretion.

The Service and all its contents are owned by D2CTap and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit to Meesho, and display your content within your account.

We strive for 99.9% uptime, however we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D2CTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for Meesho's decisions regarding claim approvals.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, reliability, or that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D2CTap, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Cancel at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation is effective at end of current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for: violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, non-payment, abusive behavior, or at our sole discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updates on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
