Refund & Cancellation Policy

D2CTap operates a strict no-refund policy for all subscription plans, including:

• Monthly subscription plans (₹999/month)
• Yearly subscription plans (₹4,000/year)
• Extra account purchases (₹50 per account)
• Any promotional or discounted plans
• Upgrades or add-ons to existing subscriptions

Once a payment is made and processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited for any reason — including dissatisfaction, lack of usage, technical issues, or account termination.

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before committing. During this trial:

• Full access with up to 2 Meesho accounts
• All features unlocked
• Cancel anytime — no charges
• No payment information required

We strongly encourage you to thoroughly test the service during your trial. Once you subscribe to a paid plan, the no-refund policy applies immediately.

• Monthly Plans: Billed every 30 days from purchase date
• Yearly Plans: Billed every 365 days from purchase date
• All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date

If you cancel during an active billing period: your access continues until the end of the paid period, no refunds are issued for unused time, and the subscription will not auto-renew.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds. If you subscribe yearly and cancel after 6 months, no refund is provided for the remaining period.

Refunds will not be provided in these situations:

• Change of Mind — if you decide you no longer want the service
• Lack of Usage — if you don't use the service after purchasing
• Technical Issues — we provide support to resolve any issues
• Feature Expectations — if the service doesn't meet your specific expectations
• Claim Rejections — Meesho's decisions are outside our control
• Account Suspension — if your account is suspended for Terms violation
• Service Interruptions — brief outages or maintenance periods
• Third-Party Issues — problems with Meesho's platform or other services
• Accidental Purchases — multiple purchases of the same plan
• Pricing Changes — if pricing changes after your purchase

You may cancel at any time via your account settings dashboard or by contacting support at bot@d2ctap.com.

On cancellation: access continues until the current billing period ends, no refund is issued for remaining days, and your account data is retained for 30 days after expiration.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Transactions are final once completed. We do not store card or banking information. All payment disputes must be resolved with Razorpay.

A refund may only be considered in these exceptional cases:

• Duplicate Charges — charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a system error
• Unauthorized Transactions — account accessed without authorization (subject to verification)
• Service Shutdown — if we completely shut down the service during your paid period
• Legal Requirements — if required by applicable consumer protection laws

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction and are subject to investigation. All decisions are final.

If you initiate a chargeback: your account will be immediately suspended, you lose access to all services and data, your account will be permanently banned, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.
